EVENT 1: 24IB STONE PUTT
Joanathan Kelly(Carmoney) claimed the win by one inch against Dave Warner(Ballymoney) with a putt of 35ft 6in.
EVENT 2: 22LB SHEAF TOSS
This is where the record breaking began.The greatest Irish sheaf toss ever was thrown by Dave "Warrior" Warner. An amazing toss for height of 21ft. Dave has proved now he is top level Scots games competitor.
EVENT 3: 28LB WEIGHT FOR DISTANCE
This is where Jonathan Kelly replied to Dave Warner's record. Jonathan threw for a distance of 58ft2in, taking the win, beating Dave for first place by just 2inchs.
EVENT 4: 56LB WEIGHT FOR HEIGHT
The records continue,this time from a rookie to the Scots games - Daniel Troy(Thurles). He equalled Austin Duncan's (Plumbridge) record of 12ft 6in back 1999. A superb performance in his first Scots games.
EVENT 5: 16LB WEIGHT FOR DISTANCE
Our host at last put his hat into the ring. Ray "Razor" O'Dywer threw a distance of 93ft 8in, claiming the win in this event.
EVENT 6: CABER TOSS
Only 3 men managed to toss the caber. No-one cliamed a perfect 12 o'clock toss. The best toss was Dave Warner, second was Jonathan Kelly, 3rd in his best event supprisingly was Ray O'Dywer.
