Geoff Capes
Twice World's Strongest Man, two seconds, two thirds and one fourth. He has also won two World Muscle Championships, two Commonwealth titles in shot putting, one European indoor championship and triple Olympian 1972, 1976 and 1980.

Geoff is the most internationally capped British track and field athlete and World Highland Games Champion and record-holder - 1983, 1985 and 1986. Geoff's hobby is breeding parakeets and rare birds.
